- Study year-round
- Use the outline maps that I have provided on the nation and state profiles to fill in with geographic features, major cities, national parks, etc.
- Actually write out what you learn
- Maps are not the only resource (there are entire books dedicated to geographic information)
- Don't forget physical geography (under the vocab category) or historical geography
- Studying the United States geography should be of primary importance. The first rounds of nearly all levels of the Geography Bee focus on the United States
- Make Flashcards. I have a case full of flashcards for every nation. They include a picture of the nation's flag, languages, religions, government style, and other important information.
